We are the ACC Thunder Bay Section
The Thunder Bay region is a unique climbing destination with hundreds of rock and ice routes established in the area. Most climbs have short approaches and are well documented, and there are no avalanches to spoil the day!
Our section runs events and projects, (chief among them is hosting the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour), encourages safe route development, and promotes rock and ice climbing as a life-style activity perfectly suited for our area.
